I am like one of those who consistently think all of the negative things which happens in my life instead of thinking positive one. In fact we all only focus on negative things in our life instead of positive things.Because of this we get demotivate,we lose confidence.We thought that our life is totally waste and we can't do anything good in this life.

So here are  the 10 things to quit right now so that you can live a happy life no matter what.




1.Taking everything personally:

Well we all are like that only.If some one scroll us or insult us we people are like give them our reaction on the spot through our anger or give verbal attacks to them.It is like common problem that drag our self esteem down.
Well what should we do to avoid this?
a)First of all take a long deep breathe.Ya its very important step.By taking a long breathe for 1-2min can calm your mind and body and it make easier for you to think about the situation and reply in a peaceful manner by understanding the situation.


b)Try to get the clarification.Because it may be misunderstood that other person try to say something else and you take it other way.

c)Try to think that whatever other person is saying to you actually going through some issues on their family or something that's why they they have a bad day and that's why they release emotions and tension on you.

d)Try to share with your close friends.May be she know that the way everything happens have other perspective or may be she get that people is going through a tough time that's why he is reacting in that manner.

e)Self esteem is very important.The first important step is to be kind with everyone in you life.Try to keep the healthy perspective.





2.Holding on to the past:

24x7 thinking about the past literally sucks you.The most important thing we all should do is to keep the past things in past.Because thinking about the past experience will bring nothing to present.It only brings guilt,regret and all other type of negative emotions to our life.
So commit to yourself today that you will not gonna live from your past.Live for present moment.When you live for present you will see more opportunity coming,doors will opens.






3.Overthinking:

Overthinking ruins every opportunity in your life.Overthinking brings mental illness.It create depression.Overthinking doesn't solve anything although it destroy problem solving ability from yourself.








4.Sleeping in late:

Late night sleeping actually effects our health and lead to many problems.It will create high blood pressure.Staying up late make you eat more an at night we likely to eat non healthy items which ultimately leads to poor health issues.







5.Having a poor diet:

Poor diet is one of the major risk factor for a range of chronic diseases,diabetes and other conditions.So for healthy diet you should include fruits,vegetables,nuts and grains,cutting down salts,sugar and fats.




6.Fueling drama:

It drains your energy.Because drama is equal to negativity.So minimise drama by identifying the source.And think twice before you react.Don't allow your emotions to produce an attack and don't try to get revenge either.






7.Complaining all the time:

We all complains all the time.But if this reaches its peak that it is not going to be good in any way.We have seen so many peoples who complains all day long.They complains about their parents,their relationship,their jobs their everything.And if we hang out with those type of people out energy drains out  eventually.And by complaining all the time the things will not going to be better instead it going to be worst with time.







8.Gossiping:

By gossiping we ruins other's person image their reputation.That may affect their job profile and all.People started losing faith with you.Gossip can also affects someone's health,business and emotional state.It may also lead to someone the cause of depression.It hurt someone so badly that it may lead to cause of suicide and mental depression.It also leads to create negative energy,thoughts or emotions as a result people start avoiding you.








9.Not living in the moment:

Our bad habit is that we live in the future and become anxious about thinking and worrying about the future.By do so we actually spoil our present moment our present time.Because all we have is this moment so be present in your own life.We should balance between past,present and future.







10.Trying to please others:

Trying to please others is a bad habit.You attract less people around you.Those who are strong will actually seek strong people and those who please others comes under weak people for them.By pleasing others you started loosing your value.It leaves you disappointed and ashamed of who you have become.It is also a sign of non trust worthy.And you end up with fewer friend.So be the who you really are.May be many people don't really like the real you but that's OK.
